   1. Where from and what time do the tours depart?

The departure point for each tour can be arranged as required by the passengers. Usually this can be a place of accommodation or the Market Square area. Again, there is not a set time of departure, however in order to have enough time to enjoy the attractions during the tours we normally leave between 9 o’clock and noon.

   2. How can I book my tour?

 At the moment you can book all our tours by email or phone. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible with confirmation of your booking.

   3. Do you pick up from hotels?

Yes. If you wish to be picked up from your accommodation, use the booking form on our website to specify which hotel you stay at, so that we can arrange a pick-up at a convenient time.

   4. Can children travel on your tours?

 We welcome children over 5 years old on our tours. We regret we are not able to carry children under 5.

   5. What's included in the tour price?

 The tour price includes transportation in a comfortable 9-seat van, visitor attraction entry fees and services of our knowledgeable driver-guide(s). Food, drinks, activities etc. are not included in the tour price as they are optional.

   6. Who receives "discounts"?

 We offer a 20% discount for groups of more than 4 passengers and passengers under 26 years old.

   7. What should I bring on a tour?

We recommend you bring suitable and/or waterproof clothing depending on the time of the year, and as most of our tours require some walking, you should wear comfortable shoes. For sunny days take a sunblock and/or a hat and finally don't forget your camera! You can also take cold food and drink if you wish but you will always have stops for eating and drinking - your driver will inform you of the options on the tour.
We also recommend that you arrange suitable travel and medical insurance.

   8. Do you have a minimum number of passengers for each tour?

 The minimum number of passengers necessary for a tour to operate is 2. If a tour does not operate, we inform you in advance that we must cancel.

   9. Are your tours available in winter also?

 Yes, our tours operate all year round although the days may be shorter, the autumn and winter landscapes can often be stunningly beautiful, especially with mellow light and snow-covered mountains.

  10. Are the tours only in English?

 Our tours are in English and/or Polish given by our professional, experienced guides but we can also offer you foreign language guides at an additional cost.

  11. How long are the tours? How many stops are there?

 Our tours vary depending on the destination but we aim to ensure that you have as much time off the minibus as possible in order to enjoy Wrocław and Lower Silesia, with plenty of options for sightseeing and visits to local attractions and significant monuments.

  13. Is it possible to reserve a private tour or a tour for a group?

 Yes - we are specialists in organising private tours. Special interest groups, companies, academic associations, work colleagues, conference delegates - we are happy to work with you to create your special trip.
