"I would like to sincerely thank you and your colleague for the very professional service you provide when we were in Wroclaw. The Auschwitz/Birkenau trip was made really interesting by the exceptionally well educated and informed guide. We really appreciated the experience and my children also wished that I pass on our thanks. Your city was really lovely, the hospitality was great and I think that my wife and I will return soon".

If you would like to get away from Wrocław to see the most interesting attractions in the surrounding area, this tour is for you. It will give you a taste of Silesia, a recognizable historical, cultural and geographical region in southwestern Poland.

Soon after leaving Wrocław in the middle of the Central Silesian range rises Ślęża (718 m), Silesia's holy mountain and the area's natural symbol thanks to its exposed situation and cultural importance since prehistoric times. Our first destination during the tour is Świdnica, a historical town renowned for its trading traditions and interesting architecture. Firstly, we will visit the UNESCO-listed Church of Peace, a unique and spectacular wooden structure that bear testimony to the quest for religious freedom in Silesia in the 17th century. Next, we will take a walk around Świdnica's historic Old Town. Our route will lead also past the house of Manfred von Richthofen, aka the Red Baron, the famous German fighter pilot during World War I. The next stop during the tour is the massive Książ Castle, spectacularly situated in the middle of an extensive old park. It lures visitors with its magnificent architecture and fascinating history of Europe's highest aristocratic circles as well as Nazi secret plans to build Hitler's headquarters. The last destination on our tour is the charming old spa complex of Szczawno Zdrój which was once one of the most popular health resorts in Silesia.
